Aircraft Spirals Uncontrollably into Palm Groves at Popular Southern California Shoreline
An aircraft soaring over a popular California beach suddenly commenced twirling out of control, ultimately dropping height and plunging into a cluster of palm trees as beachgoers watched.
Recordings shared online show the aircraft beginning to twirl above the shoreline then descending near the edge of the beach, where it ends up lodged between palm trees and a staircase close to the coastal road.
Emergency Response Details
The Huntington Beach fire department said five individuals were taken to hospital comprising two who were in the aircraft and were “extracted safely from the crash site” following the incident on the weekend.
Three persons on the street were harmed. Specifics on their wounds were not immediately available.
What led to the incident was not yet disclosed.
